We built Tioman Speedboat Sdn. Bhd. a complete end-to-end ticketing system — from real-time seat booking and Jabatan Laut compliant manifests to a B2B agent network with commission engine. Engineered in-house, fully owned by the operator, zero third-party fees per ticket.

Tioman Speedboat Sdn. Bhd. came to us running their entire ticketing operation through paper manifests, walk-in counter sales, and manual agent reconciliation. Peak season was chaos. Jabatan Laut compliance was a Friday-night Excel scramble. Agent commissions took three days to calculate.

Lightning E-Tickets & Self-Check-In
Buyers only enter their own info at purchase — no friction at checkout. After payment, the system auto-sends a check-in link; passengers self-fill the Jabatan Laut required manifest (full name, NRIC/passport) to activate the boarding QR. Massively boosts purchase conversion by removing form drag at the point of sale.

Automated Payment & PDF E-Ticket

Auto fare-difference calculation requires payment top-up if the new date is more expensive; configurable rescheduling fee adds extra revenue per change.
