Return & Exchange Guidelines
Our policies for returns, exchanges, and refunds

General Guidelines
All returns/exchanges must include any accessories, documentation, etc., that were originally shipped with the product.
If your return/exchange includes batteries, please contact us for details on proper shipping procedures.
Returns/exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process, not including shipping times.
You are responsible for return shipping charges that are not related to a defective product.
Returns
Return Policy – Unused Products Only
Returns are only accepted within 7 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including its original packaging.
To return your product, please contact us at [email protected]. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. You will be responsible for shipping costs. If the product is received in unused and undamaged condition, we will process your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, such as gift cards and downloadable software, are non-returnable. These items are identified on the website at the time of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges
Exchange Policy – Defective Products Only
If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.
To process an exchange, we require your order number, a description of your setup (including photos if available), and any other relevant details.
If the defect is due to a manufacturer error or faulty materials, we will repair or exchange the product. If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Non-Refundable Items
Virtual products (WhatsApp Credits, Line Credits, Email, etc.) are non-refundable under any circumstances. Sale items are also non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.

Shipping
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Deductions
If you receive a refund, any shipping costs paid by GC Tech will be deducted from the refunded amount.
