We already have an IT person. Can you work together?
Absolutely! We often work alongside internal IT staff, providing specialized expertise, 24/7 monitoring, and backup support. We call this co-managed IT.
What's included in the monthly fee?
Monitoring, maintenance, helpdesk support, security, and more — depending on your plan. Everything is clearly defined upfront. No hidden fees for covered services.
What if we need on-site support?
Our Professional and Enterprise plans include on-site visits. For Essential plan or additional visits, on-site support is available at RM 150/visit or add to your plan.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
We recommend a 12-month agreement for best value, but we also offer month-to-month options. Cancel with 30 days notice.
How quickly can you respond to issues?
Our SLA guarantees response within 2 hours for critical issues, 4 hours for high priority, and 8 hours for normal. Emergency 24/7 support available on Enterprise plans.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Kuala Lumpur and provide on-site support throughout the Klang Valley. Remote support is available nationwide.
