Do you provide the hardware or do we need to buy separately?
We can supply all hardware (networking equipment, servers, workstations, etc.) at competitive prices from authorized distributors. Alternatively, if you've already purchased equipment or prefer to source your own, we can work with hardware you provide.
Can you setup our office during weekends or after hours?
Yes! We understand business continuity is important. We can schedule installation work during weekends or after office hours to minimize disruption to your operations. Additional charges may apply for after-hours work.
Do you offer ongoing IT support after setup?
Yes, all our setup packages include a complimentary support period (30-90 days depending on package). After that, we offer flexible monthly managed IT service plans starting from RM 500/month that include helpdesk support, remote assistance, and regular maintenance.
We're relocating our office. Can you help with IT relocation?
Absolutely! We provide complete office IT relocation services including equipment inventory, disconnection, safe transport, reinstallation at the new location, and testing. We'll ensure minimal downtime during your move.
What if we already have some IT infrastructure in place?
No problem! We can assess your existing infrastructure, identify gaps, and provide upgrades or additions as needed. We'll work with your current setup to enhance it rather than replacing everything unnecessarily.
Do you serve areas outside of Kuala Lumpur?
Yes, we serve the entire Klang Valley including Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, and surrounding areas. For locations outside Klang Valley, please contact us to discuss – transport charges may apply.
What payment terms do you offer?
We typically require a 50% deposit upon confirmation to begin procurement, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion. For larger projects, we can discuss milestone-based payment arrangements.
