Galaxy Quest competes with booking engines that undercut them on price. So the whole site was built around the one thing an algorithm can't offer — a licensed human who stays with you from the first quote until you land back home.
A new agency with a licence,
and no shopfront online.
Galaxy Quest holds a MOTAC licence and handles flights, hotels, transport and corporate group travel out of Kuala Lumpur. What they didn't have was anywhere for a corporate client to verify they were real before sending an enquiry worth five figures.
Travel is a trust purchase. Someone booking a 40-person incentive trip is not comparing prices — they're deciding whether they can hand the whole thing over and stop worrying. Everything on the site had to answer that.

Three choices that shaped
how the site converts.
Credentials above the fold
The MOTAC licence number, company registration and a one-working-day reply promise sit in the first screen rather than buried on an About page. For corporate buyers doing due diligence, that's the information that decides whether they enquire at all.
One planner, start to finish
The positioning line runs through every page. Rather than competing with online travel agents on inventory or price, the site sells continuity — the same licensed planner from quote to return flight. It reframes the comparison entirely.
Service pages that answer, not list
Each of the four service pages is written around what a buyer actually asks — what's included, how billing works, what happens if plans change. That makes them useful to read and gives search engines clean, extractable answers.
