A self-developed WhatsApp marketing platform built entirely in-house at GC Tech IT Solution. Powered by the Official WhatsApp Business API and supporting Meta's new Co-Existence mode — letting Malaysian businesses broadcast, automate, and manage multi-agent inboxes without losing access to their WhatsApp Business App.
The Challenge
Malaysian SMEs and growing brands rely heavily on WhatsApp for customer communication, but the regular WhatsApp Business App is limited to 256 contacts per broadcast and forces manual operation. Existing third-party WhatsApp API resellers come with overseas-only support, hidden markups, locked-in panels, and worst of all — they require businesses to give up the WhatsApp Business App on their phones.
GC Tech needed a solution that could:
