A custom-built multi-branch loyalty management system for TDB Group, Malaysia's premier diving network. Built with Laravel PHP for scalability, security, and seamless cross-branch point redemption.
The Challenge
TDB Group operates multiple diving branches across Tioman Island, Tenggol, Paka, and other locations in Malaysia. They needed a unified loyalty system that could:
- ✓ Track customer points across all branches seamlessly
- ✓ Allow cross-branch redemption for maximum flexibility
- ✓ Integrate with existing booking and payment systems
- ✓ Provide real-time reporting for management
- ✓ Scale easily as new branches are added
The existing manual tracking system was error-prone, time-consuming, and couldn't provide the unified customer experience TDB Group envisioned.

A comprehensive loyalty management system built with Laravel PHP for reliability and scalability.
Member Management
Customer registration with name, phone, birthday, and optional address. Sign-up activated only after completing a paid course, dive, or trip.
Points System
Simple RM1 = 1 point earning structure. Points accumulate across all branches with real-time balance updates and transaction history.
Cross-Branch Redemption
Members can earn at any branch and redeem at any branch. Unified database ensures consistent experience across the TDB network.
Multi-Branch Dashboard
Each branch has its own login with branch-specific views. Central admin dashboard provides network-wide analytics and controls.
Reporting & Analytics
Real-time reports on points issued, redeemed, and member activity. Export capabilities for accounting and marketing analysis.
Audit Log
Complete activity tracking for all transactions. Who did what, when, and where — full accountability and compliance trail.
Light & White Theme
Clean, modern UI with light and white color scheme. Easy on the eyes for staff using the system throughout the day.
