How long does it take to build a website?
Depending on the package, delivery takes 1 to 14 working days. Landing pages are fastest (1 working day), corporate websites take about 5 working days, and e-commerce stores take up to 14 working days due to additional features like payment integration.
Do I need to provide content and images?
We can work with whatever you have. If you don't have professional photos, we can source relevant stock images. For text content, we can write basic copy or optimize content you provide. Premium copywriting is available as an add-on service.
Can I update the website myself after it's done?
Yes! All our websites are built on WordPress, which is very user-friendly. We provide basic training so you can update text, images, and add new blog posts or products without any coding knowledge.
What happens after the first year?
Hosting and domain renewal from the second year onwards is RM 650/year. This includes your domain (.com / .com.my / .my), web hosting, SSL certificate, and email hosting. We'll send you a reminder before expiry and handle the entire renewal process for you.
Do you provide website maintenance?
Yes, we offer optional maintenance packages starting from RM 150/month. This includes WordPress updates, plugin updates, daily backups, security monitoring, uptime monitoring, and minor content changes (up to 2 hours/month).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB), online payment via FPX, and credit/debit card payments. A 50% deposit is required to start the project, with the balance due before launch.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Absolutely! All our websites are built with a mobile-first approach. They look and function perfectly on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. This is essential since over 70% of web traffic in Malaysia comes from mobile devices.
