How to Send WhatsApp Blast in 3 Steps
Create templates, import contacts, and send a blast in just a few minutes.
Create Message Template
Create your message first. This template will be used for blasting.
- Go to Left Menu → Bot Manager
- Click Message Template
- Click Create
- Enter a clear Template Name
- Type your Message Body
- Add a Button if needed
- Click Save when done
Import Subscribers
Next, upload the contact list you want to send messages to.
- Go to Left Menu → Manage Subscriber
- Click Options
- Select Import
- Upload your subscriber list and complete the import
Send WhatsApp Blast
Once everything is ready, you can send the blast immediately.
- Go to Left Menu → Broadcasting
- Click Create
- Enter a Campaign Name
- Select the Message Template you created earlier
- Click Save
- Click Top Right → Save to send the blast immediately

What's the difference between WhatsApp Business App and WhatsApp API?
WhatsApp Business App is free but limited to 256 contacts per broadcast and requires manual operation. WhatsApp Business API allows unlimited broadcasts, automation, multi-agent support, and integrations. With Co-Existence mode, you can use both together.
How much does it cost to send messages?
Message credits are charged directly by Meta at approximately ~RM 0.40 per message. Our monthly fee (from RM 28) covers the platform/panel rental only. Replies within 24 hours of customer's last message are free.
